The cut-off for changing or cancelling deliveries

We need a couple of days' notice for any changes you'd like to make to an upcoming delivery. This includes your delivery date as well as the box contents (recipe selection, pouch size, number of pouches, and any treats or extras).

In most cases, the cut-off for making changes is 11 pm two days before* (for example, the cut-off for Friday deliveries is 11 pm on Wednesday). Once this point is reached, the data is sent to our packing team and the delivery is locked into our system - meaning we can't make any changes. 

Please Note: For those who live in a location requiring a planned two-day delivery time, the cut-off would be three days before the box is due to arrive.

On any given day, our packing team works with thousands of boxes which are then placed on large wooden palettes in the warehouse, ready to be collected by our couriers for delivery. Unfortunately, there's no way for us to locate and remove a single box from these palettes once it's been packed.

But don't worry, we always send delivery reminders via email before each box is due so that you have plenty of time to log in to your account and make changes. You'll also be able to see the cut-off for your upcoming box on the Dashboard under 'Your deliveries.'

We do not accept returns on any food items after they have left our kitchen this is due to health and safety reasons. This also applies to all additional products.
