To skip a delivery, start by logging into your account - you'll see a section showing your Upcoming Deliveries. Here, you can simply push back your next box by a week or two by clicking 'Delay Delivery', and on this next page using the 'Push My Delivery' button.
You can also move an upcoming delivery to a specific date by clicking 'Change delivery date' in the list showing all your upcoming boxes.
At the top of the page you'll see when the cut-off point is for making changes to your next delivery - once this point has passed you won't be able to edit this box. We'll always send you a delivery reminder via email and text message letting you know when you'll need to make any changes by.
