Yep, there is. We need a couple of days' notice of any changes you'd like to make to an upcoming delivery - this means your delivery date as well as your dog's portion size or meal selection. Beyond this point, we won't be able to make any changes to your box.
We'll always send you a reminder via email and text before your box is due to arrive, so you'll always know when your cut-off point is. You'll also be able to see the cut-off point for your upcoming box in the 'Upcoming deliveries' section of your dashboard in your online account.
