To skip a delivery, start by logging into your account with your email address and Butternut password. On your dashboard you'll see a section showing your Upcoming Deliveries. Here, you can simply push back your next box by a week or two by clicking the 'Push My Delivery' button and selecting either 1 or 2 weeks.
You can also move an upcoming delivery to a specific date by clicking 'Change delivery date' in the list showing all your upcoming boxes.
At the top of the page in a yellow box you'll see when the cut-off point is for making changes to your next delivery - once this point has passed you won't be able to edit this box, which means it'll still be delivered to you. We'll always send you a delivery reminder via email and text message letting you know when you'll need to make any changes by.
