You don't need to set up a Direct Debit for your payments - when you're due a delivery, we simply collect payment from the card that you used when you initially signed up with us.
You’ll be charged for your delivery at the same time as the cut-off point for making any more changes to that box - this is usually two days before the box is due to be with you. For example, if you're due to receive a box of food from us on a Wednesday, the cut-off point for making any more changes to this delivery will be the previous Monday at 11pm. This is also when we'll collect payment from your card.
We'll always send you a delivery reminder via text and email on the morning of your cut-off day so you don't forget to log into your account and make any changes to your box.
