To change the date of your upcoming delivery, start by logging into your account and clicking 'Deliveries' in the menu at the top of your dashboard.
Here, you can easily move your delivery to a new date by bringing it forwards or pushing it back. If your box has reached the cut off point, it will show that the box is now locked and no further changes are able to be made to it. This happens at 11pm on the day you receive your reminder text message and email, which will be a couple of days before your box arrives.

2) How to change the date of your upcoming delivery to a specific date
We are unable to change your delivery or amend your order after your cut off time, as the order will be with our packing team over night.
You'll always receive an email confirming your delivery date change, so if you don't receive this then it's always worth double-checking that the change has taken effect.
If you don't click the 'change date' button then the change won't be confirmed.
