To change your delivery address completely and make sure that all your future boxes go to a new address (if you've moved house, for example), start by logging into your online account with your email address and Butternut password.
Click 'My Details' in the menu at the top of your dashboard, and scroll down to find the 'Edit default address' button. Add your new address and click 'Update default address', and then you're all set.
All your dog's future boxes will now go to this address, unless their upcoming box is past the cut-off point for making changes. We'll let you know your cut-off point in your delivery reminder, so you'll always know when to make changes by.
