The short answer here is yes. Happy days.
The ingredients in our recipes are not only easy to digest, but are less likely to cause an adverse food reaction in dogs. We don't include any known allergens in our meals.
We replace known tricky ingredients such as cereals (maize, wheat, barley, oats) with a healthy mix of veg and lentils, and we use unprocessed meats straight out of the human food chain instead of vegetable proteins (like maize gluten, wheat gluten, soya). We don't use eggs or dairy and you'll never see anything considered to be nasty in our dishes.
We do have beef and chicken in our meal selection, but each recipe is mono-protein and we make sure that there's no cross-contamination by having a full-on clean when we change from cooking one meal to another in our kitchen, which we verify using protein swabs. This means that if your dog is allergic to one type of meat, you can be confident in feeding them another.
