From time-to-time, you might see a message on our website that says ‘Looks like you already have an account’ when you’re trying to place an order.
This doesn’t mean that we already have an account set up to your email address, rather that some of the details that you are using on your order match those of an existing account in our system.
As we only allow for 1 x discount to be redeemed per household, if someone has already set up a discounted order to the address you are trying to use on your order, you will be prevented from placing a second discounted order.
Don’t worry - you can still place another order using that same delivery address, you will just need to do that without entering a discount link/code when doing so. The same applies if someone has used the same bank card on their existing account in our system.
If you are seeing this message when placing your order but you’re certain that no one has made an order to your address before or using your bank card on a past order, drop our Customer Love team a line who will help look into this for you.
