Here we'll show you how to:
- Log in and find your upcoming deliveries.
- Push your next delivery by 1 or 2 weeks.
- Choose an exact date you'd like your next delivery.
Find your Upcoming Deliveries in your Account
- To find your deliveries, first log into your Butternut account.
- Once logged in, tap on the My Account button.
- In your account, tap on the Upcoming Boxes button, this is where you'll find all of your upcoming deliveries.
Push your next delivery by 1 or 2 weeks
(i) Pushing a delivery means it will arrive 1 or 2 weeks later than originally scheduled, on the same day of the week. Useful if you find yourself off on howliday (you lucky thing, you).
- Make sure you’re on the Upcoming Boxes page in your Account.
- You’ll see a yellow banner that tells you when your next box is due, and below a section called ‘Push your delivery date’.
- Tap on the drop-down arrow to choose how many weeks you’d like to push your delivery.
- Finally, tap the Push My Delivery button and your next delivery is now pushed.
Choose an exact date you'd like your next delivery
(i) When you update one of your deliveries to a different day of the week, all of the following deliveries will be automatically updated for you as well.
- Make sure you’re on the Upcoming Boxes page in your Account and scroll down to the ‘Upcoming deliveries’ section of the page.
- Choose the delivery you want to update, and tap on the Change Delivery Date pencil icon, to open your calendar.
- The delivery van icon shows you which day this delivery is currently scheduled for. Tap on the new day you wish this delivery to arrive on.
- Important: You must now tap on the Change Date button to confirm this change.
