There is indeed. Before your second order arrives (and before any delivery arrives with you in future) we’ll send along a reminder email and text. This message will arrive a few days before your delivery is due to arrive and will specify the day and time by which any changes to that delivery need to be made. You'll be charged for this box at the same time as the cut-off.
To make any changes to your plan, you simply have to log into your online account here.
Unfortunately, after the advised cut-off point we are not able to make any changes to your delivery or prevent it from arriving with you. After the cut-off point, all of the boxes due for that delivery day physically leave us and are then in the hands of our packing team based outside of London. They pack up everyone's order up then hand them directly to our courier DPD. Each day a large number of orders are being packed up, so it isn’t possible for us to find a specific box and remove it from the pile. This is why it is so important to be certain that any necessary changes are made to orders before the cut-off time arrives - we do try to be as flexible as we can and you can always let our Customer Love team know if you need a hand with making changes your plan.
