If you need to stop your subscription altogether, you simply need to log in to your account here then click on ‘Your plan details’. After clicking ‘Stop my subscription’ you'll just be asked to select a reason - we love a bit of feedback! After going through this process, you'll get a confirmation message sent to your email address to let you know that everything’s stopped. You can restart everything anytime from within your account.
Keep in mind that if you're stopping your subscription after the cut-off point for the next delivery arriving, you'll still receive this box but future deliveries won’t be sent until you decide to resume your subscription.
