Who ya gonna call? Myth-busters
“Dogs are carnivores”. It’s up there with “Cats have nine lives” and “Kev & Dave were sent by canine overlords to feed the dogs of Earth proper meals” - tempting to believe, but just not true. Domestic dogs are actually omnivores, which means they can eat all kinds of foods, from the meaty to the leafy. So, we thought it was high time we put a veggie option on the menu. Introducing...Ready, Steady, Veggie.
A complete veggie delight with hearty butternut squash, fresh cottage cheese, eggs, and a pinch of parsley. Perfect for pooches giving Meat-Free Munchdays a go.
Potato-powered protein
Potato protein? We’ve heard it all now. But protein can come from all sorts of sources. Here we’ve used the mighty spud, along with cottage cheese, eggs and pulses. They all work together to provide all the amino acids your dog needs to build healthy muscles. Spudtacular.
Flex the flexitarian
Whether you serve alongside their meaty meals, only on Meat-Free Mondays, or go veggie for every meal, it’s pawfect for adding variety to your dog’s diet. Switching up the menu means your pooch gets a wider range of nutritious nosh than they would from a solely meaty diet, as well as keeping them excited about mealtimes. Happy pup = happy parent.
Filled with fibre
We’ve harnessed the magical power of veg to provide a super source of fibre in Ready Steady Veggie. Fibre is fabulous at keeping everything moving in your dog’s digestive system and great at holding water which helps stools pass easily - so you may notice some softer poops. Lucky you.
Hypoallergenic
No added grains and suitable for dogs who are sensitive to meat.
A sustainable choice
To help make it a little easier to lower your carbon pawprint.
