We know just how important it is that our Butternutters boxes reach them safely. If you have any requests for your delivery driver, you can provide delivery instructions (such as a safe place, or a request to deliver to a neighbour) via the DPD App, or through the Yodel app.
You can also include additional instructions on your Butternut account and would just need to ensure this is done before the cut-off time for your next box. This allows time for our team to be able to add these to your delivery label.
To add instructions through our website:
Once you are logged in, just click on the person icon on the top right of your home page.
Click the 'Address Book’.
Next click ‘Edit’ where your default address is shown.
There will then be the option to add default delivery instructions underneath your address.
To add instructions through our app:
From the home page, scroll down to your upcoming boxes.
Where your regular box is shown, clicking the ‘Edit’ button will take you through to the details on this next box.
By clicking ‘Delivery Address’ you can then add a short note in the space provided underneath the address.
Once completed you should receive a confirmation email and be able to see this shown on your account.
