In your online account
To change the date of your upcoming delivery, start by logging into your account.
This will take you directly to your Home Page.
Step 1:
Just scroll down a little and you will see 'Upcoming boxes' which show your next few scheduled boxes.
If the date is highlighted in Yellow like below, this means this would be your next box date.
If the cut-off has passed, there won't be an option to select the box because it is already being processed and packed. The cut-off is 11pm two days before delivery; in the example above, changes can be made up until 11pm on 15th September for the box due on 17th September. Please note, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to a box after cut-off.
Step 2:
Click on the order you'd like to change, then click the displayed delivery date.
Step 3:
A calendar will pop up showing you all the available delivery dates (dates that are crossed out cannot be selected, either because the cut-off for that date has passed or because we are unable to deliver on that date). Click on the date you want as your next delivery date.
Note: This will also move all future boxes to fall in line with your delivery frequency (e.g. every 28 days)
Step4:
Click 'Confirm New Date' and your new delivery date will now be displayed on the 'Home' page.
In the app
Open the Butternut App and make sure you are logged in to your account. Your upcoming boxes will be displayed on the Home screen: click the box you would like to change, then click the delivery date and you will be able to select a suitable alternative date. Be sure to click 'Save Date' before exiting the page, to make sure the change goes through.
IMPORTANT: You will always receive a confirmation email when you change a delivery date. If this doesn't come through, it means the change hasn't taken effect. If you need a helping paw, contact the Customer Love team before the cut-off.
