Our kitchens, couriers and Customer Love team are working as usual over the festive break, with a few tweaks to the schedule, which are outlined below.
☎️ Getting In Touch
Our Customer Love team will be taking a well-earned break on December 25th & 26th and January 1st. These are national bank holidays in the UK and Ireland.
Our phone line will be switched off from 2pm on Christmas Eve, but we will still be here to assist via messenger and email as usual.
There will be a reduced phone support service between the festive bank holidays, with the team providing phone support from 9.30am until 1pm daily on December 29th, 30th, 31st & January 2nd. We do not currently offer phone support at weekends.
Outside of these phone support hours, the team will be here as usual to assist via messenger and email. ✉️
From January 5th onwards, our support schedule returns to normal. You can find details to contact our Customer Love team here.
📦 Deliveries
Our couriers will not be delivering any Butternut Box orders (food or extras) in the UK and Ireland on:

All scheduled orders will be taking place as usual from December 28th onwards. We will also be able to fulfil ad-hoc and replacement orders from December 28th.
