Messenger is the fastest and easiest way to contact us.
Click on the blue bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of this page, or from within the Help area of our website. If you are an existing customer, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and your dog's name so we can locate your account.
If you'd like to locate previous messages with our team you can find these within the messenger widget. At the bottom of the widget you'll see three headings:

3. Help
By clicking messages your previous conversation history will appear.

If you'd like to chat with our team over the telephone, our lines are open from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays.

Important: Please keep in mind we’re only able to answer calls from numbers that show caller ID due to system restrictions. If your number’s hidden, we won’t be able to pick up and we’d hate to miss you!
Where you can, please give us a ring from the phone number linked to your Butternut Box account. It helps us find your details quickly so we can get straight to the good stuff — helping you and your pup.
Not keen to show your number? No worries at all. You can always pop us a message on Messenger and our friendly team will be right there to lend a paw.
