We're really sorry to hear that there's a problem with your order. Should any extras be missing or incorrect, our team will work with you directly to find the most appropriate resolution for your particular situation.


📣 When you get in touch to report a missing or incorrect extra:

  1. Let us know the number of missing extras from your order.

  2. Confirm what variety of extras you are missing, eg. broths, poo bags, treats, smile sticks, yonks bars, etc.

  3. If you were expecting a free gift, let us know which one you selected.

📦 All of our boxes are packed by hand so there can sometimes be an element of human error when counting exactly how many of each extra, treat or gift that goes into each box.
