Ordering Extras Separately

Want to Order Some Treats or Wellbeing Extras but Don’t Want to Wait for Your Next Delivery? We’ve Got You Covered

How to Order:

From your online account, head to the Extras page. Choose which of our tasty extras you'd like to order and click 'Add as a one off.'

You will then see the option to 'Add to next box only' or 'Get it sooner.' If you click 'Get it sooner' it will be added to your basket as an extras only order.

Repeat this process for any other extras you want to order, then you can view your basket to see the order summary and choose the delivery address and delivery date. The basket will appear in the top right-hand corner of the screen once an item has been added. If you order early in the day, we can usually send the box out the next day, otherwise you can usually get a delivery within a day or two.

Please note, the delivery fee is £2.50 for extras only boxes. There is no minimum order, but a small order fee of £2 will be added for boxes under £10.

Note: We are unable to accept returns.

Can I order meals in my extras-only box, outside my subscription?

No, meals can’t be added to an extras-only box.

If you’re finding that your current subscription doesn’t quite stretch far enough and you need to top up with more meals, there are a couple of easy ways to make sure you’ve got enough for your pup:

  • Bring your next order forward: Head to your account and choose to have your next delivery sent sooner.

  • Increase your plan size: You can add more pouches by adjusting your plan. Our plans allow increases in increments of 7 meals.

  • Already at the box weight limit? You can adjust your delivery frequency instead – getting boxes more often can help bridge the gap.

What if my subscription is paused and I just want a one-off order of meals?

No problem! If you’ve paused your subscription but would like a one-time meal delivery, simply:

  1. Go to your account.

  2. Update your plan to reflect the number of meals you’d like.

  3. Click to order a one-off box

It’s that simple – no need to reactivate your full subscription. We also have great article here for further advice on these steps.
