How to manage your plan

You can alter how often you receive a delivery from us and what pouch size and quantity you'd like from the comfort of your online account. Pretty nifty, right?

To do this, log into your account and head to your 'Home' page and scroll down to 'Your Regular Box' where you will see a 'View' button to the right. 

Click this and you will be shown your current plan and to the right hand side should be an 'Edit' button. Once clicked,  given the option to 'Change daily serving size' or 'Change delivery frequency'. You can also alter your dog's basic information to get an updated recommendation. 

How to change your daily serving size

Here you can choose how much Butternut you'd like to feed your pooch each day. 

Select 'Change daily serving size' and click through the different pouch size options until you find a serving size that suits you and your pooch. Once you are happy, click 'Review this plan' and 'Confirm plan'. Job done. 

How to change your delivery frequency

Here you can change how often you have a delivery from us and the number of pouches you receive in each delivery. 

Select 'Change delivery frequency' and you will be able to alter both the number of pouches you receive per delivery and the weeks between each delivery. Scroll along until you find a plan that works best for you then simply click 'Review this plan' followed by 'Confirm plan'. Now, watch tails wag as you wait for your updated delivery to arrive. 

How to get a new recommendation

Here you can update your pups weight and other information. Updating this information could change their recommended portion size but this is not always the case. Either way, we'll be sure to let you know. 

Select 'Get a new recommendation' and click on your pooch's profile. From here you can update their weight, body shape, activity level and whether they are neutered/spayed. Make any changes necessary, select 'Update' and then review and confirm your new proposed plan. Voila.
