We deliver as normal on certain Bank Holidays. For others where we don't deliver (such as Easter, Christmas Day and Boxing Day) we will automatically adjust your box date so that your pooch doesn't go without their meals.

Our telephone lines will not be available on the above dates, but the Customer Love team will be working as usual, available via email and messenger.
If you are due a box on the above bank holidays, you will be contacted with an updated delivery date with plenty of time to make any necessary adjustments.
If the new delivery date doesn't work, you can change it from within your online account.
