We deliver as normal on certain Bank Holidays. For others where we don't deliver (such as Easter, Christmas Day and Boxing Day) we will automatically adjust your box date so that your pooch doesn't go without their meals.

We'll always send an email in advance if we have to make any changes to your boxes. And if the new date doesn't work you can change it from within your online account.

Important: Please note, the cut-off for Bank Holiday deliveries may be earlier than usual. Make sure to check your emails ahead of a Bank Holiday delivery to see the cut-off for changing or cancelling a box
