In April 2021, we introduced WhatsApp as a new way for our customers to reach the Customer Love team here at Butternut Box. While some customers took advantage of this option, we found that the majority still preferred to contact us via email, phone, social media, or chat.

As a result, WhatsApp ended up being a less popular choice.

To help streamline our processes and focus on the channels that work best for you, we’ve made the decision to retire WhatsApp as a contact method in Spring 2025.

This change allows our Customer Love team to respond to your queries more efficiently, as we can now focus on fewer inboxes.
