We know for many of our Butternutters, Crufts is the biggest date in the doggy diary, and we can’t wait to join the pack and meet so many of you there.

🐶 Visit our Customer Love Squad at Crufts
This year is extra special because we are introducing the Butternut Box Customer Love ‘ViPooch’ Lounge. This space is focused purely on catching up with our existing customers in person and offering you world-class support.
For the first time ever, members of our Customer Love Squad will be joining the fun in person for all four days of the event. As we usually spend our time chatting with you over the phone or replying to your emails, we are incredibly excited to finally meet you face-to-face. We will be on hand to offer advice, help you make the most of your Butternut experience, and hear all your wonderful dog stories.
Please note that the ViPooch Lounge is a dedicated space for our existing members. As usual, our Direct Sales Team will also be there in their own dedicated location for any potential new customers who are curious to find out more and want to get signed up on the spot.

💡 A quick note on the Crufts Dog Policy
We’d love to meet every single one of your pups, but please do keep the Crufts Dog Policy in mind.
Under Crufts rules, only dogs invited by the Kennel Club and registered Assistance Dogs are permitted inside the event.
This means that visitors' dogs are unfortunately not allowed inside the NEC. While your pups might have to stay cozy at home, we can’t wait to see their photos and hear all about them when you visit the stand!
