We aren't able to send sample pouches or offer single testers, unfortunately.

All of our meals are freshly prepared and cooked in our kitchen, then frozen before delivery. This means that keeping the pouches cool is really important. Sending just one or two meals in a box would mean that the internal temperature may not stay low and constant, which could result in the food spoiling.

But don't worry! We send every new customer a trial box when they sign up to get started. Depending on your plan, you'll either get a 7-day trial with 7 days' worth of meals (if you're receiving the 300g pouch size or bigger) or a 14-day trial with 14 days' worth of meals (for the 200g pouch size or smaller).

Keep an eye out for special discount codes you can redeem on your trial box, which means you’re also not paying full price for everything until you’re certain your dog loves their new meals.
