Here at Butternut Box, we sometimes have door-to-door sales teams visiting people at home, offering to take an order in person.
This is more convenient for some who prefer not to order online, and is nothing to worry about.
If you have had a visit from someone who says offering our services, you can ask them to show you identification which they always carry with them. You are not obliged to make an order and you can sign up online any time if you prefer.
