Changing your dog's pouch size and delivery frequency

Butternut plans are super flexible and you can make changes from within your account at any time.

Making changes through the website.

Step 1) Log in to your Butternut account and you will be automatically directed to your Home Page.

Step 2) To change your dog's meal selection, click 'edit' which is on the right-hand side next to 'fresh meals'.

Step 3) To change the delivery frequency, pouch size or number of pouches in the box, click one of the following below options. This will then open up the 'plan' changes page.

Step 4) Click 'Change daily serving size' to edit the pouch size. Once you have chosen a pouch size that works for your pooch (our recommendation is shown in the box below if you aren't sure), click 'Review their plan' then 'Confirm plan' on the next page.

When making changes to your pouch size, it is important to remember that some plans have pouch number restrictions. Our system will notify you if your box is at capacity for your chosen plan.

Step 5) Click 'Change delivery frequency' to edit the number of pouches in the boxes and how often you receive the deliveries*. Once you are happy with the plan, click 'Review their plan' then 'Confirm plan' on the next page. 

Step 6) If your dog's details have changed (weight, body condition etc.), click 'Get a new recommendation' to update them and make sure the plan is accurate.

*IMPORTANT: Certain plans can only be delivered on specific frequencies. For example, the 800g plan can only be delivered as 28 x 400g pouches every 14 days or 14 x 400g every 7 days. You can also adjust individual delivery dates on the Deliveries page of your account, or stop your subscription.
