From the 'My Dog(s)' page of your online account or app you can edit their profile at any time. You can also add a dog to your plan.
Why is it important for me to update my dog's weight on my account?
We ask that you keep us updated with your dog's weight so that we can make sure we are sending the right amount of food.
This is really important with puppies in particular because as they grow and their weight changes, so will their portion size. You can read more about puppy feeding here.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1:
To update your dog's weight, go to the 'My Dogs' page.
Step 2:
Scroll down to 'Her/His details' and click 'Edit' in the top right-hand corner.
Step 3:
You should now be able to check your dog's details and enter your dog's new weight, body condition, activity levels (if changed) and apply updates if they have been spayed/neutered.
Step 4:
Once you are happy that the details are correct, please ensure to click 'Update' for your changes to be applied. Our system will then recalculate the recommended calorie needs for your dog if necessary, which you should see back on the 'My Dog' page.
Step 5:
It might be that there is no change to your dog's portion sizes, especially if the weight change is minimal or they are fully grown. However, we recommend checking their 'Daily portion' once you have completed the above steps to ensure the plan you have selected is meeting their needs as you intend it to.
If it isn't, covering their needs as you want, you can click 'Edit' to be taken to the 'Your plan' page to create a new plan that better matches their needs

Why Can't I Update My Dog's Weight?
If you are on one of our larger plans (meaning your dog needs more than 1200g of food per day), this option may not be automatically available so it's best to contact our Customer Love team to see if we can work out a bespoke option.
*Please note, if you change your plan after the cut-off for your next delivery (outlined in your delivery reminder email) this box will still contain your old options. The changes will then take effect from the following box.
