How to Add Your Dog to the Account:

It's super easy to add a new dog to your plan. Head to the 'My dogs' page in your online account and you'll see a + symbol at the top right hand side of the screen.

What Details We’ll Need from You:

You'll need the following details about your new pooch to hand:

  • age

  • weight in kg

  • how active they are (lazy, normal, hyper)

  • what sort of shape they're in (slim, normal, chubby)

  • how many snacks or treats they eat during the day (none, up to 5, more than 5)

  • whether they have any allergies or health issues

Once you have filled in their details, we'll make a recommendation of calories per day for each dog on the account.

You can then update your plan accordingly so that you are receiving the correct amount of food for your dogs.

There's no limit on the number of dogs you can add, but we can only send so much food in a box. If your dogs' needs exceed this, you may need to manually adjust your delivery dates so that you are receiving food more often - or open another account.*

How do I split the meals between my dogs?


With multiple dogs, we usually send bigger pouches to be split between them. For example, if you have two dogs who both need 300g per day, we'll send the 600g pouches. This will work out cheaper than them having a 300g pouch each - plus it's better for the environment as it uses less packaging and transport miles. Win win.

*Please note, we only allow one discounted sign-up per household. If you open another account at the same address and have already claimed a discount, you will not be able to apply a second sign-up discount to the new order.
