Life changes—and your delivery schedule can too. Whether you're going away, running low a little sooner than expected, or simply want to space things out differently, it's quick and easy to adjust your plan online.
Follow these easy steps to update how often you get your boxes—or to move your next delivery to a better date.
Where to Start
Once you’ve logged in—either via our website or the Butternut App—you’ll land on your home page.
There, you’ll see the ‘Deliveries’ section right away.
How to Change Your Delivery Frequency
To receive deliveries more or less often, follow these steps:
Click ‘Edit Delivery’
Next to your upcoming delivery, click ‘Edit Delivery’
This opens a calendar showing your scheduled delivery dates
Edit the Frequency
At the top of the page, you’ll see a white summary box showing your current delivery frequency and number of pouches per box
Click ‘Edit’ inside that box
Use the plus (+) or minus (–) buttons to choose how many weeks apart you'd like your deliveries
We’ll automatically update the number of pouches to match your new schedule
Review and Confirm
Check Your Next Delivery Date
You’ll return to the delivery calendar
If your next delivery date still works, you’re all set—click the arrow at the top left to return to your home page and view the updated plan under ‘Deliveries’

How to Change the Date of Your Next Delivery
If you need to move your next box to better suit your plans, here’s how to do it
Open the Calendar View
Select a New Delivery Date
Click directly on the date you'd prefer for your next delivery
Then click ‘Confirm new date’ to save the change
Return to Your Home Page
Once confirmed, you’ll automatically be taken back to the home page
Your updated delivery date will be visible under the ‘Deliveries’ section
What Happens Next
All future deliveries will automatically follow this new schedule
Your revised plan will stay in sync going forward
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Cut-off Times for Changes or Cancellations
You can usually make changes to your delivery up until 11 pm, two days before it's due to arrive.
For example, if your box is arriving on a Friday, you’ve got until 11 pm on Wednesday to make any edits. After that, your box is locked for packing and will be charged.
Important: If you're in a location with a two-day delivery time, the cut-off is three days before your delivery date.
