To Assist Our Team in Investigating and Resolving the Issue, Please Provide the Following Details:
Photos of the object
Photos of the batch number of the packing the object was found in and the cooked-on-date and cook time of the pouch (all these details can be found printed on the centre of the pouch label)
Photos of the packing itself
Description of how big the object is - small (like a 5p coin), medium (like a 10p coin) or large (like a 50p coin or larger)
If possible, please also describe the texture of it - flexible, soft, hard, gritty, etc.
Please keep the object until you hear back from us, just in case we would ask you to send it to us.
