Removing a dog from your plan

If you need to remove a dog from your plan, head to the 'My dogs' page of your account online or in the app then scroll down to the bottom. You'll see a button that says 'Remove Profile.'

The dog will no longer show on your account, however we will keep a record of their details in case you want to re-add them at a later date.

You will then have the option to adjust your plan for the remaining dog(s), or to stop your subscription.

You can also add a new dog by clicking the + symbol on the top right-hand side of the screen.
