You can view the cost of your future orders or download receipts for past payments directly from your account.
How to Find Your Box Cost Breakdown
If you'd like to know the cost of your plan or your next box:
Log in to your account, either via the website or the Butternut Box app.
From the Home page, click on any past, current, or future box.
Scroll down, and under the meal selection banner, click on the dropdown.
You should now see a breakdown of your order summary, including any surcharges, delivery fees or discount.
Top tip: For your Butternut plan, the cost of each pouch will depend on the size, recipe selection and amount of pouches you order per box. To bring costs down, where possible, we recommend selecting a plan that sends out more pouches per box and reduces the frequency of your deliveries.
How to View Your Previous Payment or Invoice
If you require a copy of your receipt/invoice:
Log in via the website and click on the specific box in the past you'd like to view the payment for.
The option "Download receipt" will appear below.
This digital copy contains all the details our team could provide, so there's no need to reach out to us for the invoice.
