You can view the cost of your future orders or download receipts for past payments directly from your account.
How to Find Plan Pricing Breakdown
To see the price of your current plan:
Log in to your account, either via the website or the Butternut Box app.
On your dashboard, scroll down to the banner that says "View order summary"
This will bring up a pop-up showing your summary, including any surcharges, delivery fees or discounts:
Top tip: For your Butternut plan, the cost of each pouch will depend on the size, recipe selection and amount of pouches you order per box. To bring costs down, where possible, we recommend selecting a plan that sends out more pouches per box and reduces the frequency of your deliveries.
How to View Your Box Prices & Receipts
The cost of your box may fluctuate from order to order. If you have made any changes to your portion sizes, delivery frequency, meal selections or added/removed any additional products, it will change the price of your order.
This is why we display the price per box. To view this:
1. Log in to your account, either via the website or the Butternut Box app.
2. Scroll down on your dashboard and click on your next box or any past boxes.
3. Any boxes for Butternut meals will offer two buttons: help with this order or download receipt:
The option "Download receipt" will open a new page with a asimple document showing your order ID, date, price breakdown, VAT number, etc.
This digital copy contains all the details our team can provide, so there's no need to reach out to us for the invoice.
❗ Important:
If your next or previous box(s) were for Extras only (eg. treats, wellness products, poo bags - no fresh meals), you will not see a download receipt option. The Customer Love team can provide this for you.
If your account is stopped, you will not see the list of previous boxes or the previous plan you had before stopping the subscription. Please either resume your account with a future delivery date to view/make changes or drop the Customer Love team a line.
