You can either pay for your boxes with a credit/debit card or Paypal.
Paying with a credit/debit card
If you selected credit/debit card as your payment method when you signed up, all subsequent payments will be taken from the card provided.
All payment details are securely stored in our third-party billing system, meaning we can't even see them apart from the last 4 digits. The system is called Stripe and you can read more about their security measures here.
Please note, this is a recurring payment and not a direct debit.
When will my payment be taken?
Your payment will always be taken a day before the box is due to be with you for delivery.
For example, if your box is due on a Friday the cut-off for making changes is 11pm on Wednesday, then the box is charged just after midnight (00:01am Thursday). If you change your delivery date the payment date will also change.
If your payment card expires or you want to use a different card, you can change the details in your online account at any time.
Can I select my own payment date?
Your payment date will always align with your delivery date.
This means if you move your delivery date, your payment date will move with it. We can only take payment a day before we deliver your box.
Paying with PayPal
If you selected PayPal as your payment method when you signed up, the payments are taken the same way as for credit/debit cards. The only difference is that the money is taken via PayPal.
You can switch your payment method from PayPal to credit/debit card or credit/debit card to PayPal at any time.
What happens if a payment doesn't go through
If we are unable to collect payment for a box, your account will be automatically suspended. Don't worry, we'll always send you an email to let you know if this is the case.
Our system will continue attempting to collect the charge until it goes through. If a later attempt is successful, your account will be automatically reinstated.
Otherwise, you will need to log in and update your payment details. We won't be able to deliver any more boxes until outstanding charges are cleared.
