Going on holiday? Travelling for work? Pooch off to stay with a sitter?
Life happens, and sometimes we all need to rearrange our orders. Luckily, this is easy to do in your Butternut Box account or within our app.
To stop (cancel) or skip your next box, you just need to access your account and change the date.
On your dashboard, you will see your next scheduled box, then click on 'next box' and then 'edit delivery', as shown below:
After clicking 'edit delivery' you will be shown a calendar. The dark blue circle indicates your next box, and the light blue circles indicate future boxes (in line with whatever your delivery cadence may be) as shown below:
When you have picked your preferred next delivery date, you will be shown the following:
Click 'Confirm' and it will be updated for you!
Keep in mind, you will not be shifting the delivery frequency of your order by doing this, so your delivery cadence will remain the same. For example, if you get deliveries every 14 days, your next box will arrive on the chosen date, then they will fall every 14 days after that.

💡 Note: At present, only your next box is editable. If you need to adjust more than your next box, you will need to speak to the Customer Love team, who can arrange this for you.
