Meal Selection vs. Overall Plan
To adjust the total number of pouches or your delivery frequency, you will need to update your plan first. Find steps here.
The number of meals selected must match the total number of meals in your plan.
💡 If your plan = 28 packs of food per delivery, your meal selection must equal 28. If your plan is for 14 packs of food per delivery, your meal selection must equal 14.
ℹ️ Order quantities can only be changed in increments of 7

On your Home page, scroll down to the section titled Your Next Box
Next to Recipe selection you will see edit on the right-hand side
First, you will see your current selection, with plus and minus buttons (+ or –) buttons to adjust the quantities
Ensure your total pouch amount matches your plan
The "update meals" button will not be clickable if you have not selected the correct number of meals for your plan. The number of pouches will show on the right hand side of the "total pouches" bar, and will show ✅ when the figure is correct

You'll can view all of our available recipes, including nutritional information, ingredients and analysis on this page. This is a particularly helpful place to check out if your dog has any dietary sensitivities or certain health conditions that means they need to avoid certain ingredients.
👉 Some recipes come with a small surcharge due to premium ingredients. You’ll see these clearly marked during selection. Learn more here: Recipe Surcharges
ℹ️ Cutoff Times: any changes to your overall plan or upcoming box must be made before the cutoff time, typically 11 PM two days before your scheduled delivery. After this point, the box is locked for packing. You can still update recipes for future deliveries in your account 24/7.
