How to Find Your Dog’s Portion Size & Daily Calorie Recommendation

A step-by-step guide to viewing your dog's daily feeding amount, checking recommended calorie targets, and adjusting their meal plan.

Managing your dog’s nutrition is key to keeping them healthy, active, and thriving. Whether you want to double-check their current feeding plan, adjust their daily intake, or find their recommended calorie targets, you can easily view and customise everything directly within your account.

Where Can I See My Dog's Current Daily Portion?

To view your dogs current daily portion, visit the 'My Dog' section of your account.

From here, you can see their 'daily amount'.

The details shown here will reflect your dogs daily amount based on the plan you have selected. It will also show the estimated amount of calories that this daily amount should cover.

If you want to make changes to this, you can simply click 'Edit' and select a new plan.

If making edits, for most dogs you will notice a section highlighted in brown to help guide you on the amount we recommend.

Important: If you dog or dog's combined, need a larger plan, this highlighted section may not show. If you need further guidance to help you set up a plan that works best for them, our Customer Love team will be happy to help.

Where Can I See My Dog's Daily Calorie Recommendation?

Your dog’s estimated daily calorie needs are listed as a range directly below their current daily amount, making it easy to see how their target calories compare to what they're actually getting.

You know your dog best best - if you feel they are getting too much or not enough, we recommend increasing or decreasing your plan size to the next available option.

How do I know how much to feed my dog at each meal?

Within the 'My Dog' section of your account, you will see 'How to feed' shown beneath their daily amount. Clicking on this will highlight further advice on how much to feed your dog based on the plan you have selected.

How often you feed your dog depends on their daily routine and unique health needs. If their plan calls for one pouch per day, you can easily divide it into smaller meals throughout the day. Just keep any opened food stored in a sealed container in the fridge.

Handy to know: once opened, meals can be safely stored in the fridge for up to two days in a sealed container like Tupperware to keep them fresh.
