Making changes to your dog's plan

Your Butternut subscription is super flexible and you can make changes at any time. When you log in to your online account you will see this page (except with your name, unless you happen to be called Francesca too):

Home

Your homepage. From here you can:

• view and make changes to your upcoming deliveries
• see any new features or products that have been released
• make changes to your dog's recipe selection, pouch size and delivery frequency

My Dogs

What it says on the tin, this is where you can see a breakdown of your dog's current plan. From here you can:

• update your dog's details
• Add profile picture for your dog
• Change your dog's portion size, the pouch size or delivery frequency 
• Arrange a phone or video call with one of our Vet Nurse via Butternut Care
• Remove a dog's profile
• Add a dog 

Extras

This is where you can find all of our additional products. From here you can:

• add recurring extras to your boxes
• add extras as a one-off
• order an extras-only box to arrive separately from your regular deliveries

Free Food

Who doesn't love a freebie? From here you can:

• share your unique referral code with friends and family to get discounts on your boxes
• see how many customers and dogs you have referred
• see how many meals have been donated to charity from your referrals (we donate a meal for every new customer who signs up)

Personal details

This is where you'll find your personal details. From here you can:

• update your personal details (e.g. name, email, phone number)
• update your password 

Address Book

This is where you'll find your delivery addresses

• update your delivery address
• Add delivery instructions 

Payment Methods 

• view, update or remove your payment details

Order History 

• see your order history and download invoices for your boxes
