To get started again with your deliveries, log in to your account via the app or online with your email address and password.
If your account is currently paused, you will see an option on your dashboard where it says 'Resume plan' - You will need to click on the red box to get things going again.
Once resumed, you will get a confirmation email and your next delivery will be scheduled automatically, which you can see on your 'Home' page. You can change the date depending on what suits you best by clicking into your 'next box' which looks like this:
You can also update your dog's plan in the 'My Dog' tab on the left hand side of your screen if anything has changed since your last order.
