How to Restart Your Plan and Begin Ordering Again

We would love to welcome you and your dog back to the pack!

To get started again with your deliveries, log in to your account via the app or online with your email address and password.

Step 1: Finding the restart option

If your account is currently stopped, the first thing you should see on your dashboard is the option to 'Restart now...'.

Below this, you will see a breakdown of your current plan and what would be included in your next order. The next available date for delivery is automatically applied and also shown on the dashboard.

Step 2: Reviewing and amending your order details

Before you resume, you can check and change your delivery details.

  1. Delivery Date: To make changes to the date, simply click on the delivery date shown.

  2. Recipe Selection: Click 'edit' if you wish to change the recipe selection.

  3. Plan Size: If you need to change the size of your plan, you will first need to click into the 'My Dog' section and edit your dog's daily amount of food, which will create an updated plan for you.

Note: None of the above steps will automatically resume the account.

Step 3: Confirming your restart

Once you are happy with the plan and date selection, you then want to click 'Order Box Now'.

This will then take you to a brief loading page, resume your subscription for you, and return you to your homepage once completed.

Once resumed, you will get a confirmation email, and your next delivery will be scheduled automatically based on the date shown previously.

If you have selected your delivery for a later date, you will still be able to make further changes, up until the cut-off time for your box.
