If you would like to unsubscribe from the Butternut Box marketing mailing list, you can do so at any time. We want to ensure you only hear from us in the ways that suit you best.
A quick heads up on transactional emails: Changing your marketing preferences will not stop your essential account emails. You will still receive automated messages whenever you make changes to your plan, such as pausing your subscription, editing your delivery dates, or updating your dog's details. You will also continue to receive your email delivery reminders. It is important that you receive these emails, as they act as proof of the changes you have made and keep you updated on your upcoming boxes.
Unsubscribing via Email
To stop receiving marketing or promotional emails, you can click the 'Unsubscribe' link located at the very bottom of any promotional email we send you.
If you have an active account, you will still receive delivery reminders and important updates, but nothing else.
Managing Preferences in Your Online Account or App
You can customise your communication settings at any time through your online account or via the Butternut Box app. To update your contact preferences, please follow these four steps:
Step 1:
Navigate to your profile: Click on the person icon displaying your name, which is located at the top right-hand corner of your home screen.
Step 2:
Access your preferences: Select the option labelled 'Contact preferences' from the menu.
Step 3:
Choose your content: Scroll through the list of optional marketing content. Tick the boxes next to the updates you wish to receive, and untick the boxes next to the updates you no longer want to receive. You can choose to receive these updates via email, text message, both methods, or neither.
Step 4:
Save your changes: Click the 'Update Preferences' button to complete the process.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for these preference changes to take effect across our systems.
