Having Trouble with Your Email or Password? Here's Advice to Help

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your online account. This can be down to a few reasons:

Incorrect Password


If you can't remember your password, you can either reset your password or use a magic link to gain quick access. To do so, simply follow the steps shown here where you'll also find further troubleshooting advice if you're experiencing issues with your reset.

💡 Tip: If the email doesn't arrive after 10 minutes, check your spam folder, as it could have ended up there by mistake.

Incorrect Email Address and Unregistered Email Addresses

If you have forgotten the email address associated with your Butternut account, consider which inbox your delivery reminders arrive in. Additionally, ensure the email address you are using is registered with Butternut Box. If you suspect a typo in your registered email, contact the Customer Love team to correct it.

If you are typing in the exact correct email address into the login page but you're still having trouble, there could potentially be a typo in your email address in our system. If this is the case, you will need to get in touch with our Customer Love Team to put this right for you. You can also try clearing your browser cookies and cache, using a different browser or device, or updating the Butternut Box app to the latest version.

Please note: If you no longer have access to a particular email address and need to reset your password, please get in touch with our Customer Love Team who can help. We will need to ask some security questions to verify the account holder's details for data protection reasons.
