We have a fantastic range of tasty treats, dog essentials and wellness products to choose from. Some extras also come in bundles, where you can order multiple packs for better value. You can add them as recurring extras (so they arrive in every delivery) or as a one-off treat.
How do I add extras to my box?
From the home page, click ‘Extras’ - shown on the left of the page.
Scroll through our selection and find the one you’d like to add.
Click on the extra to view more details.
If there are size or multipack options, choose your preferred one.
Select the quantity you’d like.
Click ‘Add to Plan’.
Can I order extras as a one-off in my next box?
Yes! You can add extras as a one-time treat if you don’t want them in every delivery.
Can I order extras on a recurring basis?
Yes, and it’s better value too! Choosing recurring extras means they’ll be included in every delivery automatically.
Can I order extras outside of my subscription?
Yes, we can send extras separately if you need them sooner. This is available both to paused customers or those with an active subscription and does not affect the status of your subscription or plan. Check out our article 'Ordering Extras Separately' for an easy guide to help you with this.
Please note, there is a £2.50 delivery fee for extras-only boxes. Any orders under £10 will also have a £2 small order fee.
It says I’ve reached maximum capacity for my box—how can I order more?
There’s a maximum limit of extras per box in regular deliveries which may vary a little depending on the capacity available. If you see a message saying you’ve reached the maximum, this means there isn’t space for more in your current order. In this case, we recommend placing a one-off extras-only order, which has much more capacity.

How do I remove extras from my plan?
Head to the ‘Home’ page.
Scroll down to see your current extras.
Click the edit button.
4. Click the minus button to decrease or remove the extra.
5. Click 'Save and Close'
Note: If our Customer Love team have added any free items to your box (extras, meals, etc) you may see them listed on your order, but you will not be able to amend them yourself. Please drop us a line if you need any changes made to any free or complementary items on your order - we will be happy to make those changes for you.
Can I return my extras?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for any of our frozen meals or our extras. However, if you have a concern about your extras please reach out to our team for further support.
Can I add extra pouches to my box?
You can’t add individual pouches as extras to your current box, but you do have a few flexible options:
Increase Your Plan Size: If you regularly find yourself needing more food, the simplest option is to upgrade your plan. Most plans can be increased in increments of 7 pouches.
Adjust Delivery Frequency: If you're running low before your next box arrives, you can bring your next delivery forward or switch to a more frequent delivery schedule to better match your needs.
Please note: If you're unable to increase the number of pouches in your next box, it's likely because you've reached the delivery weight limit. In this case, opting for more frequent deliveries should help resolve the issue.
