How to Change the Language Settings in the Help Centre and on Your Account

How to Change the Language in the Help Centre

You can view our Help Centre in several languages. Here’s how to change it:

  1. Go to the Help Centre homepage.

  2. Click the current language shown in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Select one of the following available languages:

  • English

  • German

  • Dutch

  • French

💡 Regional Relevance: Once changed, the Help Centre content will be tailored to the regional advice relevant to that language where applicable.

How to Change the Language on Your Butternut Account

If You’re Not Logged In

To change the language before logging in:

  1. At the top of the homepage, you’ll spot a flag icon – this shows your detected region.

  2. Click the flag icon.

  3. You’ll see two settings:

  • Region – shown first

  • Language – displayed just below

    5. Click the language option and choose your preferred language.

🐾 Tip: Make sure the region is correct before signing up. Once your account is set up, the region can't be changed on the same account.

If You Are Logged In:

  1. Click the flag icon at the top of the homepage.

  2. Choose your preferred language from the list.

  3. Click Save to apply the change.

Changing Your Account Region

Once your account is created, you can change the language, but you cannot change the region within the same account.

To switch to another region:

  • You’ll need to:

    • Set up a new account in the correct region.

    • Close your existing account if needed.
