How to Change the Language in the Help Centre
You can view our Help Centre in several languages. Here’s how to change it:
Go to the Help Centre homepage.
Click the current language shown in the top right corner of the page.
Select one of the following available languages:
English
German
Dutch
French
Italian
💡 Regional Relevance: Once changed, the Help Centre content will be tailored to the regional advice relevant to that language, where applicable.

How to Change the Language on Your Butternut Account
To change the language before or after logging in:
Head to the home page here: https://butternutbox.com/
At the very bottom-right of the homepage, you’ll spot a flag icon – this shows your detected region.
Click the flag icon drop-down menu.
When you have selected the language/flag of your choice, it will show the region and currency:
💡 Tip: Make sure the region is correct before signing up. Once your account is set up, the region can't be changed on the same account.
Changing Your Account Region
Once your account is created, you can change the language it is viewed in, but you cannot change the region of your orders within the same account.
To switch to another region:
If you have an existing account in one country/region and have moved to another (or are travelling) you won't be able to switch your existing account to the new country.
You will need to:
Set up a new account in the correct region with a unique email address. Many customers who live between homes have accounts in each country with separate email addresses.
If you only have one email address, or are moving permanently, feel free to close your existing account in order to create one in the new location. We will need to hard remove your existing account to enable you to use the same email address on the new account. You can read more about this here.
