Changing Your Delivery Address

Moved Home or Need to Temporarily Send Your Box Elsewhere? Here’s How to Edit Your Address

Important Note: The following advice applies to anyone moving within the same delivery region. For example, if you are currently based in Great Britain and will remain within Great Britain, you can simply update the address as follows. If however, you are moving from Great Britain to Ireland you will need to set up a new account in Ireland. Check out our article here for further advice and guidance.

Changing your default address on the website

This will update the delivery address for all future boxes (for example, if you move house).

Step 1:

On the 'Home' page, select your profile icon

Step 2:

From here, select 'Address book'


Step 3:

You will now be able to edit your current delivery address and save your changes

This will update the delivery address for all future boxes (for example, if you move house).

Step 1:

Go to upcoming boxes, and click on "edit" on your next box.

Step 2:

Click on the "delivery address"

Step 3:

Edit the delivery address, and make sure to click the box "Make this the default address for all deliveries".

Changing your address as a one-off on the app

Follow the same steps as above, but on step 3, make sure to not click "Make this default address for all deliveries".


Changing your address as a one-off on our website

This will only change the delivery address of an individual box, after which all future boxes will revert back to the default address (for example, if you are going on holiday and your dog is staying with a friend).

Step 1:

From the 'Home' page, you will see 'Upcoming Boxes'

Step 2:

Select the box you would like to change as a one-off, scroll down and click 'View'. From there, you will see the option to 'Edit' the delivery address of that box.

Step 3:

Once 'Edit' has been selected, you will then have the option to change the delivery address for this box only.

If you are a brand new customer and have just placed your first order, it won't be possible to amend the address on your initial box within your account. Please contact our Customer Love Team and if we are within the cut-off time of your box being dispatched we will update this for you.
