Changing Your Delivery Address

Moved home or need to temporarily send your box elsewhere? Here’s how to edit your address

Important Note: The following advice applies to anyone moving within the same delivery region. For example, if you are currently based in Great Britain and will remain within Great Britain, you can simply update the address as follows. If however, you are moving from Great Britain to Ireland, you will need to set up a new account in Ireland. Check out our article here for further advice and guidance.

Changing your default address on that app or website

This will update the delivery address for all future boxes (for example, if you move house). Changes must be completed by the cut-off point, which is typically 23:00 two days before the delivery date.

Step 1:

On the 'Home' page, select your profile icon

Step 2:

From here, select 'Account Details'


Step 3:

Within your account details, you will see a variety of personal details you can change, including your name, email address, phone number, password, and, below these, your 'Default delivery address'. Click 'Edit' to update this section.

4. You will now be able to edit your current delivery address and save your changes

5. Once you are happy with your changes, click 'Save'. This should then return you to your full account details, where you'll be shown the new address.

Note: If you are using the app, you may instead be shown the option to confirm the address by clicking 'Change Details' instead of 'Save'.


Changing your address as a one-off on our website

This will only change the delivery address of an individual box, after which all future boxes will revert back to the default address (for example, if you are going on holiday and your dog is staying with a friend). If the order is already dispatched, you may be able to reroute the package to a collection point or neighbour via the courier's app.

Step 1:

From the 'Home' page, you will see a section called 'Deliveries', where your previous, upcoming and future box dates will be shown. Below this will see 'Your Next Box'. Within this section your will see the delivery address for this box and the option to click 'Edit' alongside this.

Step 2:

Once you select 'Edit', you'll be able to input your new full delivery address.

Step 3:

If you are logged on and making changes directly on the website:

You will be shown the option to edit delivery instructions for this delivery before saving your changes

Once you are happy with your changes, simply click 'Update Address'

If you are using our app:

You will be provided the option to 'Make this the default address for all deliveries. Only tick this if you DO want to apply the change to future deliveries. If you only want this change to apply as once off, leave this box unchecked.

At this point, you will click 'Next: Add Delivery Note', and from there you can update your instruction or simply 'Skip and Save' to skip this step and save the changes.

Please note: The delivery instructions applied here will be printed on your delivery label, and we advise keeping them short to ensure the full details are shown. For optimal visibility of your delivery instructions, we always recommend applying these directly in your tracking link or saving them on the courier app.

If you are a brand-new customer and have placed your first order, you cannot amend the address for your initial box through your account. To request an address update or arrange a replacement if the delivery address has errors, contact our Customer Love Team. Make sure to act before the dispatch cut-off time, which is typically 23:00, two days before the delivery date, to ensure changes can be applied.

Note that replacement boxes are delivered free of charge if the error is flagged promptly.
