If you need to make any changes to your personal details, this can all be done from within your online account.

Step 1:
From 'Home', select your profile icon
Step 2:
In the drop-down box, select 'Account Details'
What Details Can I Update?
Following the above you can update your personal details at any time, including:
your first or last name
your mobile number or email address
your account password
your default delivery address*
your payment card
*Please note: If you change your default delivery address on the 'Account Details' page, this will change for all future boxes. If you need to amend the delivery address of a particular box as a one-off, go to the Dashboard and under the 'Deliveries' section, click 'Edit order' next to your upcoming box.
