If you'd like to receive your Butternut Box more or less often, you can easily change your delivery frequency through your account.
Butternut Box offers flexible delivery options to suit your pet’s feeding needs. You can choose from various delivery intervals of 7 days, depending on your freezer space and availability. Adjustments can be made to both the frequency and the quantity of food, ensuring your plan aligns with your pet’s requirements.
Steps to Update Your Delivery Frequency
Log in to your account and head to the homepage.
You’ll see a section titled ‘Your Next Box’, which shows:
The number of pouches in your delivery
The pouch size
Your current delivery frequency
Click on the box that displays the number of days your food covers (e.g. "x days' worth of food").
Select ‘Change delivery frequency’.
Adjust your preferences:
Use the arrows to choose how many pouches you’d like.
Select how often you’d like them delivered.
Click ‘Review Plan’ to see a breakdown:
Toggle between your old and new plan.
Review advice based on your changes.
Make further edits if needed by clicking the options at the bottom.
For example, you can select delivery intervals such as every 7, 14, 28, or 42 days. Boxes are packed in multiples of 7 pouches to ensure meals stay fresh during transit.
6. Click ‘Confirm’ once you’re happy.
You’ll be taken back to your homepage, and a confirmation email will follow shortly.
Things to Bear in Mind
If you make several changes in quick succession, you may receive multiple confirmation emails.
Don’t worry, just give it a few minutes to ensure your most recent update is reflected correctly.
