From the 'My Dog(s)' page of your online account or app, you can edit their profile at any time. You can also add a dog to your plan.
Why is it important that I update my dog's weight on the account?
We ask that you keep us updated with your dog's weight so that we can make sure we are recommending the right amount of food.
This is really important with puppies in particular because as they grow and their weight changes, so will their portion size. You can read more about puppy feeding here.
How do I update my dog's weight, body condition, activity level or snacking habits?
Step 1: From your home page on the account, click 'My Dog' on the top right of the page. This will take you to all of your currently saved details for your dog.
Note: If you have multiple dogs, you can toggle between which dog you are viewing at the top of the page.
Step 2: Under the section 'Weight and Appetite', you can easily view their weight, body condition, activity level or snacking habits. If any of these details need updating, you'll want to click 'Edit'.
Step 3: You'll now be taken to a page that allows you to edit their weight, alongside other changes that may impact their daily needs, with the exception of any medically related changes such as being spayed or neutered.
Step 4: Once you have checked all of these details and are happy with any changes you've made, you can click 'Update' to save your changes.
Step 5: You will now be asked to review your plan, based on your new recommendations. Please check and make any changes you need to ensure your plan best fits you and your dog. For more support and advice on our portion recommendations, you can check out this article.
