Throughout the year, we also have special offers available on your dog's meals and extra products. Keep an eye on your emails to be the first to know about these. Most are limited-time offers so make sure to get in quick to redeem them.
You will be able to see any discounts that have been applied to your boxes from within your online account.

Please Note: Referral discounts are only available for new customers who have not previously had an account with Butternut.
If you have a referral discount from a friend, or a promotional code for a discount on your first box, there are a couple of ways to apply this.
Option 1:
You can add it directly into the weblink when you go to our website and the discount will be applied automatically e.g. www.butternutbox.com/NAME123
Option 2:
You can click 'Build Your Box' on the homepage and fill out your dog's details first. Before you get to the final checkout, you will see a breakdown of your plan price and the option to add a referral or promo code.
Our discount box can be found on stage 4 which is towards the end of the build-a-box steps.
Once you apply this, the discounted price will be displayed at the checkout. Good stuff.
For those looking to return to us after taking a pause:
Please note that we allow only one account and sign-up code per person. While you won’t be able to use a new sign-up code for new customers, you can still enjoy discounts by referring friends, as highlighted above - so be sure to spread the love!
If you've taken a break from Butternut and are considering rejoining us, we’re thrilled to welcome you back! Getting started again is easy - just log back into your account and resume as usual.
Before you do, we recommend checking your recent emails, as we occasionally send out exclusive discount offers to welcome returning customers. If a special offer is available to you, you’ll find all the details in your email, including the expiry date. Make sure you click to resume your orders using the link in that email to enable the discount code to apply automatically.
Received a discount in the post?
If you have been sent a discount in the post, you can scan the QR code, which will direct you straight to your account and apply the discount for you. Simple as that!
If you prefer to apply this manually and your account is currently paused, you can log in as usual online or via the app, then click on the link that says "Discount code?" in the dashboard:
After you have clicked on "Discount code?" type it in and click "Apply". If the code is valid, it will let you know in green text below, then you can place your next order!
