Understanding Pouch Sizes and Choosing the Right Quantity

Our meals are packed in increments of 7 and the available quantities to choose from on our plans are:

  • 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56

Please Note: Options may vary slightly based on your selected pouch size due to weight restrictions and to maintain safe delivery conditions. When updating your plan, you will see all available options for your chosen pouch size. Quantities outside of these options will not be provided and will not be available to select. For example, our smallest pouch size requires a minimum of 14 pouches to help them stay frozen, while our largest pouch sizes will be limited to no more than 28 pouches per box due to their weight.

Pouch Sizes

We offer a range of pouch sizes for our meals:

  • 125g, 200g, 300g, 400g, 500g, 600g

Tip: You can safely split meals across two days, as meals remain safe for up to two days after opening when stored in an airtight container (e.g. Tupperware) in the fridge.

Example:

If your dog requires 900g of food per day, you could order 21 x 600g pouches every 14 days. Each day, feed your dog one full 600g pouch and 300g from the next pouch. Store the remaining half of the 300g pouch in the fridge for the next day. This way, you can ensure consistent portions and reduce waste.

Steps for Adjusting Your Plan

To increase or decrease the number of pouches in your box, you will need to head over and log into your online account and follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Log in to your online account and scroll down to 'Your Next Box'.

Step 2:

Select the box showing the number of pouches you're due to receive.

Step 3:

Next, click 'Change delivery frequency'. This will bring up options for both the amount of pouches you’d like on your plan and how often you’d like these delivered.

Step 4:

You will be able to toggle through the available options using the arrows. Select the number of pouches you wish to receive and adjust the delivery frequency if needed.

Step 5:

Click 'Review Their Plan'.

Step 6:

Ensure you are happy with your new plan and select 'Confirm Plan'.

You should then see an email confirmation come through shortly after to confirm the changes you have made.

FAQ's:

How do I remove a recipe from my selection?

If you want to remove a recipe from your plan without replacing it, follow these steps:

  1. Decrease the number of pouches in your plan and save the changes.

  2. After saving, update your dog's recipe selection accordingly.

Why Can’t I Increase the Number of Pouches in My Box?

If you don’t see an option to add more pouches, it’s likely that you’ve reached the limit for your order. This is due to weight restrictions — for example, with our 600g pouches, we can’t pack more than 28 in a single box. We want to make sure everything arrives safely, so we’ve got to stick to these limits.

Can I order 2 boxes to come on the same day?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to set up two boxes on the same day in your rolling subscription. However, our team can help explore and discuss options to manage your plan in a way that works for you.

Our team can also bring forward your next box to arrive on the same day, if given enough notice before the cut-off. Please note that this would be a manual task we’d need to repeat each time you request it, so exploring other options will be advised where possible.

What if my dog needs more than 600g of food per day?

We’ve got you covered! We offer the 800g, 1000g, and 1200g plans, which provide 2 pouches per day for your dog. If your dog needs more than 1200g per day, our team can assist in creating a bespoke plan tailored to your needs.
